<strong>Zions Bank</strong> building an 11 story mixed use building is one of the tallest buildings in Boise. with a high pressure loop & Variable Air Volume space control. It was completed in 2015.

THE VILLAGE AT MERIDIAN

<strong>The Village at Meridian</strong> Multi building complex including retail movie theatre and dining. completed in 2012.

ST. JOHN'S CATHEDRAL

<strong>St. John’s Cathedral</strong> was built in 1912 and is one of the most recognized churches in the city. the architecture is unmatched. We completed installation of an air conditioning system in the church for the first time since the building was built… We completed the project in 1990.

SAWTOOTH MIDDLE SCHOOL

<strong>Sawtooth middle school</strong> was a large middle school built to meet growth needs of Meridian Idaho. It serves 1060 students.. is a water source heat pump system completed in 2007

EAGLE HEALTH PLAZA

<strong>Eagle Health Plaza</strong> provide a much needed solution for the small town of Eagle Idaho that boomed to a full on city about this time. is a Water source heat pump system with VAVs for building space control completed in 2006

BOISE TOWN SQUARE MALL

<strong>Boise Town Square Mall</strong> was the first mall in Boise Idaho. at 1.5 million square feet it was the largest project TML took on in the first 6 years of business. completed in 1988.

BANNER BANK

<strong>Banner Bank Building</strong> is a 10 story building and was one of the first “green” certified buildings in the state of Idaho. We provided complete underfloor HVAC for the Computer center. completed in 2005
